Anxiety & stress

How we work

Understanding your triggers
Tools to calm body and mind
Working with worry and avoidance

Who it's for

Adults who feel constantly on edge, worried or overwhelmed

Format

Online and in person
When worry takes up more space than it should, therapy helps you understand it and find steadier ground.

Anxiety is not a weakness. It is the body's alarm system working overtime: racing thoughts, a tight chest, trouble sleeping, or the urge to avoid situations that used to feel ordinary.

What we work on

  • Recognising what sets the alarm off and what keeps it going
  • Practical ways to calm your body when anxiety rises
  • Changing the patterns of worry, avoidance and self-criticism that make it grow

How it feels to start

We begin by understanding your story and what a calmer everyday life would look like for you. From there, we move at a pace that feels safe, with space for both understanding and practice between sessions.

If anxiety is getting in the way of work, relationships or rest, you don't need to wait until it gets worse to talk about it.
